Delivery
Ekidna Kidswear delivers Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.95. Receipted delivery via e-Parcel and insurance to the value of $100 is inclusive.
Express Post is available at a cost of $9.95.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 12 - 36 hours of payment receipt.
International Orders are sent via Australia Post. Ekidna Kidswear is currently set up to accept orders from Canada, Fiji, Italy, Hong Kong, Macedonia, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States. Postage is charged a flat rate and is shown at checkout prior to payment.
Ekidna Kidswear reserves the right to request additional postage charges for any parcel that exceeds 500g being sent via Express Post or by Airmail.
For other international destinations please email us prior to placing your order, so we can provide you with an accurate shipping and handling quotation.
Although rare, from time to time there might be an unexpected or unavoidable delay experienced at Ekidna Kidswear. Should this occur, you will be notified by Ekidna Kidswear immediately.
To ensure safe delivery, Ekidna Kidswear requires that you or someone on your behalf signs upon receipt of your purchase. Please ensure that someone is available at the specified delivery address in order to receive your purchase. If this is not possible, a preferrable alternative is to have your purchase delivered to your work address.
Ekidna Kidswear can wrap and dispatch gifts directly to your recipient on your behalf. Please ensure that the recipients address is noted in your order.
Please note that gift wrapping is complimentary.

Easy Returns/Exchanges
Ekidna Kidswear understands that internet shopping is different to shopping the conventional way. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the items received Ekidna Kidswear will happily exchange or refund the purchase price. Items need to be returned in original packaging with tags attached - and unworn and unwashed.
Please notify Ekidna Kidswear within 14 days of purchase should you wish to make a return.
Ekidna Kidswear reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.
Ekidna Kidswear are unable to accept returns on sale items that are out of season or no longer stocked unless faulty.
It is recommended that any returns are sent via Registered Post as Ekidna Kidswear will not held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
Please note exchanges will be charged an additional delivery fee.

Faulty Goods
In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch, Ekidna Kidswear will happily exchange or refund your purchase (including postage costs) providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached – and is unworn and unwashed.
Please notify Ekidna Kidswear within 14 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

Please be aware that payments via money order or direct deposit which are not received within 14 days from the date of order, will be cancelled.
